It is always good practice to order enough paint to complete the job to ensure the paint is from the same batch. If, however additional paint is required, we would strongly suggest that you advise us where the original Wethertex paint was purchased, to limit the chances of colour variations. Batch to batch variations are an inherent risk in terms of colour differences, if we are made aware that the paint is for on-going project we can advise accordingly.

Developed using advanced Optilife silicone technology for improved breathability, AP77 provides a smooth matt finish that is both self cleaning and highly weatherproof and will protect your building for up to 20 years. Flexibility in paint means reduced cracking on buildings that suffer from a lot of movement, which is often a problem with paints that are inflexible, as the paint cracks as the building moves. Wethertex Optilife technology provides waterproofing, resulting in a self cleaning finish due to the silicone resin in the paint, and meaning that no extra coats are needed to waterproof the building.

• Application Tool: Brush, roller & spray
• Suitable Substrates: Bonded Paint & Coatings, Render, Brick, Stone, Rough-Cast & other Masonry Substrates
• Primer: New surfaces 10-50% dilution with clean water depending on the substrate
• Coverage: Approximately 4-15m2 / litre (Dependent on the nature and porosity of the surface)
• Application Temperature: 5 ̊C - 25 ̊C for a minimum of 24 hours
