Thermoguard Intumescent Fire Resistant Mastic 300ml
Thermoguard Intumescent Mastic is an easy to apply sealant that helps give surfaces a five hour fire barrier with the added advantage of having excellent sound reduction properties. It is permanently flexible and boasts excellent slump resistance so Thermoguard Intumescent Mastic is ideal for sealing gaps around fire doors, window frames and for sealing joints of up to 50mm, voids and irregular holes in fire rated structures. When exposed to the heat of a fire Thermoguard Intumescent Mastic forms a char, preventing the passage of fire and smoke.

- Linear joints up to 50mm wide in concrete floors, masonry walls and plasterboard, including head of wall details

Thermoguard Intumescent Mastic has good unprimed adhesion to a wide variety of common building substrates. We recommend that a small area is tested if it is an unusual substrate.
