Thermoguard Wallcoat is an intumescent undercoat which can be applied to previously painted plaster, Artex, board, brick and concrete walls and ceilings. When overcoated with Thermoguard flame retardant paint it insulates old paint from fire, controlling the spread of flames along walls and ceilings.
Thermoguard Fire Varnish comes as a basecoat and an overcoat. The basecoat expands in a fire to create a fire protective barrier while the overcoat gives a tough, durable finish to internal and external wood which also controls toxic smoke. Thermoguard Fire Varnish Overcoat comes in clear or stained finishes which enhance the natural beauty of the wood while fire protecting new and previously varnished surfaces. Thermoguard Fire Varnish Overcoat comes in matt or satin and protects against UV and wear.
Thermoguard Thermocoat is a water-based intumescent paint which offers fire resistance to structural steel and cast iron of up to two hours with a minimum number of coats.
