Teroson UP 240 Alu Galva Filler

A hybrid body filler designed for aluminium and galvanised surfaces. It is used to repair dents, scratches, pinholes, imperfections and reshaping. It is suitable for use on steel, aluminium, galvanised surfaces and fibreglass.

The surface area around the dent, scratch or hole must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and loose particles. In case of rusty surfaces, the rust has to be removed to bare metal. The entire repair area should be sanded with a 120 grit abrasive. It is not necessary to remove the paint around the repair area, as long as the paint has good adhesion to the surface.

Apply the filler mixture onto the repair area in a way that the dent, scratch or hole is sufficiently filled. Thicker layers should be built up using multiple layers. Surface can be sanded after 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature.
