Teroson UP 210 Universal Filler
This is a premium universal filler for everyday use. Used for filling dents and gives a perfect surface before painting. It can be used to repairs dents, scratches, pinholes and other imperfections as well as being suitable for reshaping.
Teroson UP210 ican be used under infra-red and UV lamps for high temperature curing. Suitable for use where powder coating making sure the filler would need to be 100% cured before attempting baking but would suffice in this environment.
It is versatile and can be used on steel, aluminium, galvanised surfaces and fibreglass.
The surface area around the dent, scratch or hole must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and loose particles. In case of rusty surfaces, the rust has to be removed to bare metal. The entire repair area should be sanded with a 120 grit abrasive. It is not necessary to remove the paint around the repair area, as long as the paint has good adhesion to the surface.
Apply the filler mixture onto the repair area in a way that the dent, scratch or hole is sufficiently filled. Thicker layers should be built up using multiple layers. Surface can be sanded after 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature.
