PPG Sigma SigmaLine 2000 20L

PPG Sigma SigmaLine 2000 is a two component, solvent free, amine cured phenolic epoxy designed as a one coat system for the exterior of metal pipes.

SigmaLine 2000 is designed for use on steel substrates that have been blasted ready for a protective, decorative coating and can be applied to surfaces at up to 90C. It reduces the risk of fire and explosions in confined, hot environments and is highly suited to bell holing jobs.

SigmaLine 2000 comes in a red brown gloss finish.

Application (at 20C):

• Stir well before use
• Apply with airless spray (brush or roller for stripe coating and spot repair only)
• Touch dry: 6 hours
• Recoatable: 24 hours
• Full cure after 5 days
• Coverage: 1.7m² per litre at 600 microns
• Volume solids: 100%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 600-1500 microns depending on system
• Recommended thinner: do not thin
