PPG Sigma SigmaGuard CSF 650

PPG Sigma SigmaGuard CSF 650 is a two component, solvent free, amine cured, epoxy coating designed to coat tanks that contain oil or ballast and aliphatic petroleum products, as well as tanks that store and transport drinking water.

SigmaGuard CSF 650 is designed to offer chemical and corrosion resistance to steel structures, ships and storage tanks that need the highest quality of protection. SigmaGuard CSF 650 also reduces the potential of explosions and fires.

SigmaGuard CSF 650 comes in a green, gloss finish.

Price includes hardener.

Application (at 20C):

• Stir well before use
• Apply with airless spray (brush or roller for stripe coating and spot repair only)
• Touch dry: 8 hours
• Recoatable: 24 hours
• Full cure after 5 days
• Coverage: 3.3m² per litre at 300 microns
• Volume solids: 100%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 300-600 microns depending on system
• Recommended thinner: do not thin
