PPG Sigma SigmaGuard 750 13.5L

PPG Sigma SigmaGuard 750 is a two component, moisture curing, zinc rich silicate coating used as an exterior tank coating to provide excellent solvent and chemical resistance in harsh conditions.

SigmaGuard 750 can also be used as a system primer, part of various paint systems based on unsaponifiable binders.

It provides corrosion protection to tanks exposed to adverse weather conditions on a daily basis. SigmaGuard 750 can withstand extreme temperatures, from -90C to 400C, in normal atmospheric conditions.

SigmaGuard 750 comes in a grey, flat finish and offers a high level of abrasion and impact resistance.

Application (at 20C):

• Stir well before use
• Apply with spray (brush or roller only for touch up and spot repair)
• Touch dry: 30 minutes
• Recoatable: 12 hours
• Full cure after 12 hours
• Coverage: 8.7m² per litre at 75 microns
• Volume solids: 65%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 75-100 microns for brush or roller
• Recommended thinner: 90-53
