PPG Sigma SigmaGuard 730 20L

PPG Sigma Sigmaguard 730 is a two component, high solids, polyamine cured, phenolic epoxy coating for coating tanks when short curing periods are required in low temperatures.

Sigmaguard 730 has good resistance against a wide range of chemicals and can be used under insulation up to 150C. It results in an easy to clean gloss finish and comes in cream or off white.

Application (at 20C):

• Stir well before use
• Apply with spray (brush or roller for stripe coating and spot repair only)
• Touch dry: 3 hours
• Recoatable: 8 hours
• Full cure after 5 days
• Coverage: 5.2m² per litre at 150 microns
• Volume solids: 78%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 150 microns
• Recommended thinner: 91-92
