PPG Sigma SigmaGuard 720 (Amercoat 90S) + cure
PPG Sigma SigmaGuard 720 (formerly Amercoat 90S) is a two component, reinforced, high solids, polyamine adduct cured epoxy coat, for giving steel tanks a surface that is easily cleaned and maintained.
SigmaGuard 720 gives a highly protective and decorative coating to tanks, as well as excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals and weathering.
It cures quickly and at low temperatures and offers recognised corrosion control too.
It comes in light green, grey or white, in a gloss finish.
Price includes hardener.
Application (at 20C):
- Stir well before use
- Apply with spray (brush or roller for stripe coating and spot repair only)
- Touch dry: 3 hours
- Recoatable: 8 hours
- Coverage: 6.2m2 per litre at 125 microns
- Volume solids: 78%
- Recommended dry film thickness: 125-150 microns depending on system
- Recommended thinner: 91-92
