PPG Sigma SigmaCover 630

PPG Sigma SigmaCover 630 is a surface tolerant, high build, polyamide cured epoxy primer/coating for steel and concrete, which can be overcoated with most topcoats.

SigmaCover 630 is designed for a lower grade of steel preparation and is particularly suitable as a maintenance coating for dry cargo holds, decks and hulls. It offers excellent corrosion resistance in marine exposures and is resistant to a number of different chemicals and pollution.

It is available in six shades from black to grey to white.

Application:

• Stir well before use
• Apply with brush, roller or spray
• Touch dry: 9 hours (at 20C)
• Recoatable: 9 hours
• Full cure after 7 days
• Coverage: 6.6m² per litre at 125 microns, 4.2m2 per litre at 200 microns
• Volume solids: 83%             
• Recommended dry film thickness: 60-200 microns depending on system
• Recommended thinner: 91-92
