PPG Sigma PhenGuard 930

PPG Sigma PhenGuard 930 is a two component, high build, amine adduct cured, phenolic, epoxy primer for use as the foundation in the PhenGuard tank coating system.

PhenGuard 930 offers excellent adhesion for other PhenGuard topcoats to be applied, which together resist various chemicals, organic acids, alcohols, edible oils, fats and solvents. It is especially good at protecting the surface against hot water. PhenGuard 930 has fantastic application properties and is excellent at adhering to the surface, resisting corrosion with maximum cargo flexibility, offering low cargo absorption.

PhenGuard 930 comes in an off white eggshell finish.

Application (at 20C):

• Stir well before use
• Apply with spray (brush or roller for stripe coating and spot repair only)
• Touch dry: 2 hours
• Recoatable: 36 hours
• Full cure after 10 days
• Coverage: 6.6m² per litre at 100 microns
• Volume solids: 66%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 100 microns
• Recommended thinner: 91-92
