PPG Sigma Nu-Klad HD 30kg

PPG Sigma Nu-Klad HD is a four component, solvent free epoxy coating for high abrasion, heavy traffic concrete floors.

Nu-Klad HD has excellent wet and dry anti-skid properties and is recommended for floors in, for example, commercial garages where hot tyres can lift other floor coatings.

It offers extremely long life expectancy and different grades of slip resistance (by using differing sizes of aggregate). Nu-Klad HD has become a regularly specified floor coating for London Underground depots and other industrial locations such as Sellafield Power Station.

Price includes hardener.              

Application (at 20C):      

• Stir well before use
• Dry to walk on: 16 hours
• Full cure after 7 days
• Coverage: 1.8kg/m² at 2000 microns without aggregate, 3.6kg/m² at 2000 microns with aggregate
• Volume solids: 100%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 2000-4000 microns
• Recommended thinner: do not thin
