PPG Sigma Nu-Klad 807B is a two component, self-levelling, gloss floor coating that offers excellent abrasion and chemical resistance, suitable for concrete floors in light industrial and commercial and domestic environments.

PPG Nu-Klad 807B is suitable for use where there is a high level of foot traffic and can be used in the food and beverage industry, where spillages are common. It provides a tough and easily cleaned surface that is chemical and abrasion resistant.

PPG Nu-Klad 807B is applied by pouring it onto the floor and spreading it out to ensure a smooth, flat surface.

It comes in Signal Grey (RAL 7004) in a gloss finish.

Price includes hardener.

Application (at 20C):      

• Stir well before use
• Pour and spread
• Recoatable between scrape coats: 12 hours
• Recoatable between scrape coat and self-levelling coat: 16 hours
• Dry to walk on: 2 days
• Dry to light traffic: 4 days
• Full cure after 7 days
• Coverage: 0.3m² per litre at 2mm
• Volume solids: 100%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 1.5-3mm
