PPG Sigma NovaGuard 260 (SigmaGuard 260) 20L

PPG Sigma NovaGuard 260 (formerly SigmaGuard 260) is a two component, high build, amine adduct cured, phenolic epoxy holding primer, designed for use with NovaGuard 810, NovaGuard 840 and NovaGuard 890.

NovaGuard 260 offers excellent application properties and ensures a high quality smooth surface.

It can be used on steel substrates that are clean, dry and free from contamination or other paint products. NovaGuard 260 offers excellent abrasion resistance for when objects or humans come in contact with the surface.

NovaGuard 260 comes in a pink eggshell finish.

Price includes hardener.

Application (at 20C):              

• Stir well before use
• Apply with spray (brush or roller only for touch up and spot repair)
• Touch dry: 3 hours
• Recoatable: 8 hours
• Full cure after 5 days
• Coverage: 9.1m² per litre at 75 microns, 13.7m² per litre at 50 microns
• Volume solids: 68%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 50-75 microns
• Recommended thinner: 91-92
