Sigma EP112 was a two component, high solids, micaceous iron oxide, polyamine epoxy coating, for general purpose use on steel and concrete structures as part of protective coating systems exposed to the weather.

EP 112 Miocoat was designed for steel and concrete structures that are exposed to coastal, marine and industrial environments where atmospheric conditions can damage the substrate.

It offered excellent adhesion on bare or previously painted substrates and could be applied to vertical or horizontal surfaces.

EP 112 Miocoat was Highways Agency Approved Item no 112 and came in a dark or light grey, eggshell finish.

Price included hardener.

Application (at 20C):

• Stir well before use
• Apply with spray, brush or roller
• Touch dry: 2 hours
• Recoatable: 8 hours
• Full cure after 7 days
• Coverage: 7.0m² per litre at 100 microns
• Volume solids: 70%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 75-150 microns depending on system
• Recommended thinner: 91-92
