PPG Sigma EP 110 Primer

PPG Sigma EP 110 Primer is a two component, zinc phosphate, epoxy blast primer and sealer which provides a protective undercoat on various surfaces, including blasted steel, wood and concrete.

Sigma EP 110 Primer can be used under all other zinc based topcoats to provide a high performance system that protects substrates from abrasion, corrosion and chemical spillages in an industrial environment.

PPG Sigma EP 110 Primer can be used internally or externally, as a primer or a sealer that can cover small cracks and voids.

It is Highways Approved Number Item No 110 and comes in a buff (BS 08-C-35) eggshell finish.

Price includes hardener.

Application (at 20C):

• Stir well before use
• Apply with spray, brush or roller
• Touch dry: 20 minutes
• Recoatable: 4 hours
• Full cure after 5 days
• Coverage: 17.2m² per litre at 25 microns
• Volume solids: 43%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 25-50 microns depending on system
• Recommended thinner: 91-92
