PPG Sigma AquaCover 45 Custom Mixed Colours 5L

PPG Sigma AquaCover 45 is a one component, fast drying, low VOC, water based acrylic dispersion finish coating, designed for use in industrial or commercial exposures on various types of primed steel. It is a gloss topcoat for interior accommodation, machinery spaces and ship superstructures, and allows for safer working during hull outfitting and on new buildings.

PPG Sigma AquaCover 45 is particularly suited to being applied on surfaces painted with AquaCover 25 that are dry and free from contamination. It offers a finish that retains its colour well while protecting against weathering that can weaken the substrate.

PPG Sigma AquaCover 45 is particularly suitable when solvents are not permitted because of health and safety reasons.

Application:

• Stir well before use
• Apply with spray, long haired brush or polyether roller with rounded edges
• Touch dry: 1 hours
• Recoatable: 6 hours
• Coverage: 6.8m2 per litre
• Volume solids: 34%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 50 microns
• Recommended thinner: tap water
