PPG Sigma Amerlock 2 C

PPG Sigma Amerlock 2 C is a two component, high solids, epoxy coating for low temperature curing down to 0C on steel, concrete, masonry, galvanised steel and non-ferrous metals.

Amerlock 2 C is compatible with prepared, damp surfaces, with good adhesion to most existing coatings. It is proven as a bulk rail lining and DTM exterior coating which is surface tolerant and abrasion resistant.

Amerlock 2 C comes in white, grey, black and custom mixed colours, in a semi gloss finish.

Price includes hardener.

Application (at 10C):

• Stir well before use
• Apply with spray, brush or roller
• Temperature resistance (continuous): 120C
• Temperature resistance (intermittent): 175C
• Touch dry: 6 hours
• Recoatable: 12 hours
• Full cure after 7 days
• Coverage: 8.5m2 per litre at 100 microns
• Volume solids: 85%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 100-200 microns
• Recommended thinner: 91-92
