MATHYS THINNER 22 has been discontinued but Avenue white spirit is an alternative product for many Rust-oleum coatings which specify "Thinner 22". The use of white spirit should always be checked with Avenue technical department before use to ensure compatibility. "Rust-oleum Primer 44HS" should not be thinned with white spirit, this product is designed "ready for use.
DESCRIPTION
Thinner with strong diluting capacity, based on aromatic hydrocarbons.
RECOMMENDED USE
Dilution of synthetic enamels and varnishes for airless application. Degreasing of metals and most wood types. Cleaning of spots of acrylic paints or acrylic fixing paints (e.g. on glass).Cleaning and/or Thinning solution for the following products:

See 'Recommended Use'. On substrates that are not attacked by Thinner 22 (e.g. glass,stoving enamel), spots of acrylic impregnation products (e.g. Pegafix, Parafix) and acrylicpaints can be easily removed with a rag soaked in Thinner 22.
