Manor Coating Systems Hi Build Vinyl MIO 5ltr

A fast drying, high build, anti-corrosive coating containing zinc phosphate and micaceous iron oxide (MIO) flakes. Typically used as a high-performance single pack primer/intercoat for steelwork subject to severe exposure conditions. Excellent adhesion to may difficult adequately prepared substrates. Technical specifications are available. MIO flakes form an excellent moisture barrier coat within the paint film, reducing the potential for water permeability and corrosion to levels comparable with a two-pack paint system. This can be left as a primer finish or over-coated with Manor Coating systems High Build Vinyl (semi matt finish) or Manor Coating systems "QD One coat" for a glossy finish, tinted to any BS, RAL or NCS colour standard.
