Intended use
Vehicle refinishing and the original coating of vehicles or trailers, particularly agricultural and construction equipement (ACE), where it is usually applied by air assisted airless spray. Ocasionally used for general metal finishing, instead of Manor Fast Enamel or QD Enamel when an exhibition finish is required or if there is a need for higher resistance to cutting oils and mild chemicals.

- High gloss, fast drying finish
- Prime/undercoat with Manor UPF for for conventional spray and Manor Agriprime CT for airless and air assisted spray
- Previously painted glossy surfaces should be lightly abraded prior to applying primer/undercoat, in order to gain adhesion
- Aluminium and galvanised steel should first be pre-treated with Manor Wash Primer, Manor Chromate Free Wash Primer or Manor 1 Pack Etch Primer CT

- Typical film thickness: 40 microns dry at 80 microns wet
- Theoretical coverage: 12.5m2 per litre at 40 micons dry film thickness
- Touch dry (20C): 2-3 hours
- Recoat (20C): 6 hours minimum, 3 days maximum
- Synthetic Thinner CV or Low Odour White Spirit
