ISF Universal High Build Primer is a high quality, single pack, phenolic modified primer/onecoat recommended for use on interior and exterior metalwork. It contains zinc phosphate to give it exceptional external weathering protection and has excellent build properties for application to shot-blasted metal. Recommended for use as a protective construction coating.
