EQUIPMENT

                Conventional airless / airmix or HVLP spray equipment.

APPLICATION

                TOPCOAT: Mix 4 Parts RP1 Top Coat with 1 Part B (No.1 for Pigmented Top Coats). PRIMER: Mix 4 Parts RP1 Primer with 1 Part B (No.2 for Pigmented Primer). Once catalysed, thinners not normally necessary, however RPT thinners may be used if required up to a maximum of 10% by volume. Apply a light coat of RP1 Primer, allow to dry.Then after a further de-nib apply a full even coat of the RP1 top coat & allow to dry. This product contains isocyanates.

INFORMATION

                As the catalyst contains isocyanate the use of air-fed masks is required whilst spraying & mixing. Please ensure that the total system dry film thickness (DFT) does not exceed 150 microns. Always lightly sand between coats to assist adhesion. Maximum 2 coats in any 8 hours.Catalyst should be used within 6 weeks of delivery. Once opened, Catalyst MUST be used within 7 days.
