ISF AC2 Low Odour Primer Filler 5L
ISF AC2 Primer Filler is superflow, high opacity, fine milled formulation.It has been manufactured using 20415 Super-Fine Milled Primer Base FORMALDEHYDE FREE - Mix ratio 9:1 with AC2-Lo Catalyst

• Less than 0.1% Formaldehyde content - improves Spray Shop safety
• Excellent opacity. High solids, reduces coats required

Recommended Tinners: ACT Acid-Cat Thinners, No 31 Anti Bloom Retarding Thinners
Top coat: ISF AC2 2K Top Coat Custom Mixed Colours
Application equipment: Conventional airless / airmix or HVLP spray equipment.
Application : Application mix ratio - Mix 9 Parts AC2-Lo Part A with 1 Part AC2-Lo Catalyst. Apply a light coat of AC2 Primer, allow to dry, de-nib & apply another Primer coat as necessary. Then after a further de-nib apply a full even coat of the AC2-Lo Top Coat. Once catalysed, thinners not normally necessary, however ACT thinners may be used if required up to a maximum of 10% by volume. Allow to dry overnight prior to packing. AC2-Lo should not be used over PC1 Range Pre-catalysed Primers.
