Intercoat SL300 Full A/C Enamel 5L
A range of acid-catalysed lacquers with a VOC content below 570 grams per litre making them suitable for Mass Balance applications where the maximum VOC content is 1.6 times the solid content. The 330 range of lacquers process fast cure and good sanding characteristics.
A two part very rapid curing top coat lacquer capable of meeting the severe use requirements of BS 6250 on horizontal surfaces. Part of a paint system that includes the Intercoat 330 Type A/C lacquer base coat.
- DRYING TIMES: Touch-dry 15mins. Hard-dry 30mins. Pack after 16 hours.
- SUBSTRATE PREPARATION: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust or other contamination.
- SUBSTRATE: MDF and most wood substrates
- APPLICATIONS: 2 or 3 coats by conventional spray application. For best results apply 1 coat over 330 type basecoat.
- THEORETICAL COVERAGE: 12m2 per litre

APPLICATION ADVICE: Although the recommended pot-life is up to 24 hours, catalysed material will remain workable for up to 3 days after mixing in a closed container, but film properties may be affected.
