Intercoat Pre-Cat Hi Build Basecoat Sealer Easysand 5L

A nitrocellulose based clear hi build basecoat used to seal solid wood and veneers in the production of furniture and related items. The addition of an additive ensures good sanding properties.

Clear Standard Basecoat for Intercoat Pre-catalysed Lacquers such as 02 Line & 03 Line. This offers faster drying (touch dry 15-20mins) properties than traditional cellulose systems. This basecoat, part of intercoats Pre-Catalysed lacquer system, is designed for use on general domestic and light use office furniture. Pre-cats are not suitable for use in high humidity environments where an acid-catalysed product would be more suitable.

• APPLICATIONS: 1 or 2 coats by conventional spray application onto most wood substrates.
• THEORETICAL COVERAGE: 8-10 square metres per ltr
• DRYING TIMES: Touch dry 20 mins. Sanding is normally possible after 30 mins.
