A very rapid curing basecoat with excellent sanding properties. Should be overcoated with a suitable A/C lacquer such as 33030.
APPLICATION ADVICE: Although the recommended pot-life is up to 24 hours, catalysed material wll remain workable for up to 3 days after mixing in a closed container, but film properties may be affected. Any over-spray dust formed during the coating process e.g. in spray areas, MUST be thoroughly damped with water prior to disposal, due to the possibility
- DRYING TIMES: Touch-dry 15 mins. Hard-dry 30 min
- POT LIFE: up to 24hours recommended
- SUBSTRATE PREPARATION: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust or other contamination.
- SUBSTRATE: MDF and most wood substrates
- APPLICATIONS: 1 or 2 coats by conventional spray application. Too many coats can cause cracking
