Hydron Nu-Guard WB Concrete Sealer 5L

DESCRIPTION:
Nu-Guard WB Concrete Sealer is a modified Vinyl Acetate, non-flammable and non-toxic sealer. It is
formulated primarily for use on concrete and brickwork.

ADVANTAGES:
Single pack ready for immediate use. Prevents the darkening of light substrates prior to the application
of Nu-Guard AG.

USES:
Brick and Concrete
First coat of the Nu-Guard AG

COLOUR RANGE: Clear
PACK SIZE: Single component product, supplied in 5L (25L and 1000L also available - please enquire)

COVERAGE RATE:
This is dependant upon the surface porosity. Average coverage rate is in the region of 6 – 10 m² per litre.

DRYING TIME:
Touch dry………..1 Hour @ 20°C.
Hard dry..……..…4 - 6 Hours.
Overcoat………….24 hours

PREPARATION:
Ensure surfaces to be treated are clean, free from contamination and dry. All loose materials should be
swept away and laitance removed by etching with Nu-Base Acid Etch. The surfaces then should be washed
off to provide a clean neutral surface and allowed to dry overnight.

APPLICATION:
One coat by brush, roller or spray.

EQUIPMENT CARE:
All equipment should be cleaned with water

STORAGE:
Store away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Protect from frost.

SHELF LIFE:
12 months (in original sealed container).
