HMG UNIBLOK Sealer

HMG Uniblok sealer is a single pack primer, used when there is concern that the existing paint may react with the proposed new coating. Aggressive coatings such as Cellulose based topcoats and filler primers along with some two-pack products can cause a reaction with some synthetic enamels. By using Uniblok sealer you can be sure that the uniblok will not react with the base material and can safely be over-coated with any topcoat material.

Colour;         Grey
Coverage:    approx. 15m2 per litre.
Preparation; Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using the appropriate HMG product to                         remove all traces of contaminants.
Application;  Spray, brush or roller
Thinners;      HMG 2671
Curing          Touch-dry in 20mins, Hard-dry 60mins at 20oC
D.F.T.            25microns.
Notes;           Do not abrade Uniblok Sealer before applying topcoats.
                      Stir well before use.
