HMG Superthane

A 2K, high build, Polyurethane coating offering the ultimate levels of chemical resistance, graffiti resistance and superb durability. Superthane has been tested against a wide variety of substances to demonstrate its superb chemical resistance properties .Please refer to the HMG knowledge base section article 'Superthane Resistance' for more detailed information.

HMG's premium twin pack isocyanate curing high gloss coating. 

• A full gloss finish.
• Various sized coloured bases available. Use Activator HMG 9002  sold separately
• Application; Spray. Roller, conventional and airless spray.
• Special; Anti-Graffiti
• Mix 2.25 base : 1 part activator (HMG 9002) example 2.25ltr base : 1ltr activator
• Thinner 2601 or 2603
• Touch dry in 2-4 hours at 20oC
• Available in B.S., RAL and most recognised colour standards
• Suggested primers 2K Etch Primer ST3000, Epi-Prime, 

Typical usages. HMG's premium quality product offering excellent colour stability and chemical resistance to many environments which may be subjected to graffiti or regular exposure to cleaning products for example. Bus Shelters, Vending machines, Hospital equipment, Hand-rails, Gates and Fencing.
