HMG NISOCOAT 2

A two-pack, non-Isocyanate Acrylic topcoat product formulated to provide a tough, chemically resistant, high quality coating.This is a safer alternative to Isocyanate curing 2-packs products which traditionally include compounds classified as potential human carcinogens.

A high quality, twin pack isocyanate free topcoat, giving a durable coating associated with two-pack products.. 
Available in four sheen levels, Gloss, Semi gloss (60%), Semi-Matt (20%) and Matt (10%)
Application; Spray., Compliant spray gun or pressure pot
Special, Fast curing product allows faster through-put of work. Safer to use.
Mixing ratios:
For full Gloss, Mix 2 part base : 1 part activator (9061)
Semi-Glass, Semi-Matt and Matt sheens mix 4 parts base : 1 part activator (9061)
Thinners: 2711, 2602, 2711 ( see product data sheet).
Touch dry in 15mins at 20oC
Available in BS, RAL and most recognised colour standards
Suggested primers, Speedbuild 3 or epiprime for ferrous/non-ferrous. MDF or sanding sealer for wood
