HMG MONOTHANE GLOSS (80%)

HMG "Monothane" is a 2-pack Polyurethane Finish. Designed for use on Ferrous substrates without the need for a Primer. Providing great corrosion resistance, gloss level and excellent durability.
It can be used on mild steel, shot blasted steel and also has excellent adhesion to a wide range of plastics without the need for a plastic primer.

A high quality, twin pack isocyanate curing high gloss durable coating.

An 80% near full gloss finish.

Application; Compliant spray, Airless/Air-assisted.

Mix; 2 parts base: 1 part activator (9004) or 3 parts base: 1 part activator (9039). Activators sold separately.

Thinner; 2601, 2602, 2603 or 2604.

Touch dry in 60mins.

Available in B.S., RAL and most recognised colour standards

Suggested primers; HMG ST3000 2K Yellow Etch Primer

Typical usages. industrial application where a direct to metal (DTM) is required due to time constraints. Garden Furniture, Wrought ironwork, Plant hire, Garden machinery, signage etc.
