HMG Zinc Phosphate 2-pack Epoxy Primer offers excellent adhesion, water and chemical resistance combined with good corrosion protection. Tinted to any colour to aid opacity of any suitable topcoat system. Sold as a 3L base plus 1L 9070 activator.

Application; Spray, conventional and airless.
As with all epoxy paints the UV stability is poor and will discolour if left exposed. This will not affect the protection but to ensure a stable appearance these products should be over-coated with a suitable UV stable topcoat.
Mix 3 parts base : 1 part activator (9070 standard) : 1 part thinner
Thinner 2691 or 2711
Touch dry in 60mins at 20oC
Available to tint to BS, RAL shades and most recognised colour standards
Typical usages, performance primer under pigmented top-coat finishes. Suitable for garden furniture, plant and equipment, trailers, railings and gates.
