Description

A two pack polyurethane finish which offers good durability and hardness coupled with ease of use. It has very good adhesion to a variety of substrates such as:- Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel, Zintec, Mild Steel, Aluminium, Anodized Aluminium, Glass Fibre, Glass, Perspex, Foamex, Plastic, Kevlar, Galvanised Steel and PVC Curtains. It can also be used as an in-mould coating.

3 Sheen levels are available: Gloss, Satin & Matt:

Mixing Ratios (when tinted):
Gloss 5 Base:1 Hardener
Satin 8 Base:1 Hardener
Matt 9 Base:1 Hardener

Activator/Hardener HMG9004 (sold separately)

Application; Spray.

Thinner HMG2602

Touch dry in 10-15mins at 20oC

Pot life 8hours @ 20oC

Available in B.S., RAL and most recognised colour standards

Suggested primers, most HMG twin pack primers or direct to many surfaces.

Typical usages; kitchen and/or sanitary ware, galvanised gates, railings and fences, Brass and copper fitting to add protection whilst maintaining the base appearance.
