Dulux has announced its Colour of the Year 2026, and in a bold move, the brand has revealed not just one, but three distinct shades of blue, collectively called the Rhythm of Blues – Free Groove, Mellow Flow, and Slow Swing. This trio reflects a renewed love for blue tones in interiors, chosen for their versatility and emotional resonance. Blue’s deep connection to nature—evoking feelings of calm, clarity, and creativity—made it a natural response to today's longing for spaces that help us recharge, reconnect, and celebrate joy. With so much change and fast-paced living, designers and homeowners alike have gravitated toward both grounding and uplifting palettes that can adapt to different moods and needs.

• Free Groove: A vibrant, expressive indigo shade that brings energy and creativity, perfect for creating bold accent walls or lively living spaces.
