Coovar High Performance Primer Clear
This is a water based two pack epoxy primer, which assists adhesion to difficult floors and tiles. It acts as a barrier between old floorings and selected Coo-Var products (e.g Bitumen, smoke stained surfaces). Can be used on walls and floors.
