Avenue Grime-wash Concentrate Paint Cleaner / Degreaser 5ltr

Grime-wash is designed to remove grease, oil, and other contaminants from surfaces before painting. This degreaser is a highly efficient multi-purpose hard surface cleaner and degreaser containing water soluble solvents. Effective in both hard or soft water areas. Can be used as a cold or hot solution.

Supplied as a concentrate, Grime-wash can be diluted with 1 part Grime-wash multi-purpose cleaner with up to 50 parts of water, dependent on the amount of dirt or grease contamination and the type of surface to be cleaned. Up to 2500m2 can be cleaned from one 5ltr container

Application can be via spray, mop or cloth, allow the solution to penetrate and emulsify before wiping, washing, scrubbing clean with water.

RECOMMENDED DILUTIONS 

• Display signs, light reflectors, motor vehicles, ceramic and glass surfaces, windows etc: Mix 1 part Grime-wash to 50 parts water. 
• Light floor cleaning, marble, terrazzo, melamine, aluminium, Venetian blinds, walls, painted woodwork, vinyl and plastic upholstery: 1 part Grime-wash to 30 parts water. 
• Ventilation fans, ovens, work benches, machinery, garage and shop equipment etc: mix 1 part Grime-wash to 10 parts water. 
• Excessively greasy equipment in factories, garages, kitchens etc. and for heavily soiled floors: mix 1 part Grime to 5 parts water. 

Rinse away promptly with water. Do not allow the Grime-wash solution to dry on the degreased surface as this could affect adhesion of any subsequent paint coating being applied.
