Avenue "Highway" Chlorinated Rubber line marking paint. A line marking paint for use on roads, car parks and most ground and floor surfaces. Now lead free! Select colour yellow, black or white.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Solvent based high build marking paint based on a modified chlorinated rubber hybrid incorporated with durable pigments and extenders. It is fast drying with good adhesion and is ideal for fast turn round street lining and road marking applications.

USES
Can be applied to most surfaces including existing coatings without major preparatory steps, providing maximum film build with minimum coats in repair and maintenance programmes.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dirt, grease and other contamination.
Previous coatings can be over-coated and patch primed.
Edges should be tightly adhering and well feathered to accept the overlapping coating.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
Mixing Mix well before use.
Thinners: Thinner No.4 / TH120 / Xylene thinner
Airless Spray Use tip 0.30-0.42 mm, 65-80° and minimum 2,500 psi pressure.A single coat
application is usually possible to achieve required film build.
Cleaner: Thinner No.4
Cleanup Considerations All equipment should be cleaned immediately after use with Thinner No.4
It is advisable that equipment should be cleaned/flushed during the course of application, the frequency of which will depend on the volume of material used and timescale over which applied.
Ensure all waste materials (including packaging) are disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
